Marion (Julie Delpe Julie Delpy) is a professional photographer who lives with her boyfriend Mingus (Chris Locke Chris Rock), a radio host, along with two children and a cat from Marion and Mingus' last relationship. Although it was such a special family of four, the couple lived a peaceful and fulfilling life. Marion even began to plan her own photo exhibition. Unexpectedly, it was this exhibition that broke her original quiet life. Hearing that his daughter was going to hold a solo exhibition in a foreign country, Marion's father immediately took her sister and her boyfriend on a journey to New York. They had no idea how much trouble Marion would be caused by this sudden and reckless behavior. Sure enough, since the trio came to New York and made all kinds of jokes, the relationship between Marion and Mingus began to take a sharp turn for the worse.
