Henry Ross (Adam Sandler) is a typical playboy. What he is good at is getting beauties infatuated with him in different identities and getting out of the relationship quickly afterwards. As a veterinarian at the Hawaiian Aquarium, Henry has endless romantic feelings to infect this casual beauty, and this time he has a crush on Lucy (Drew Barrymore) who eats alone in a restaurant. They talked together, built a small house out of bagels, and laughed a lot. Henry was reluctant to part with the girl and made an appointment to have dinner together again tomorrow morning. However, when Henry greeted Lucy warmly the next morning, Lucy was as cold as a stranger. It turns out that the girl suffered from strange short-term memory loss as a result of the car accident, and her memory always stays on the day before the accident. The lover Henry encountered his own problems, he fell in love, but fell in love with a girl who constantly lost her memory.
