7 Plus Seven (1970)

This documentary is the second in a series of documentaries made by director Michael Applete since 1964. Michael Applete filmed the documentary "7 Up" for BBC in 1964, interviewing fourteen seven-year-olds from different walks of life in Britain, some from orphanages and some from the upper class. Every seven years since then, Epter will re-interview these children, listen to their dreams and talk about their lives. Seven years later, these innocent children have just grown up. They are still ignorant at the first sight of the world, and they are still young and young in the face of the camera. This flowering season is the first step in a long life. After seven years, director Michael Epter once again focused his camera on the lives of more than a dozen children, determined to make a documentary about British life and Western humanities.
