A Better Tomorrow II (1987)
In the first film, Brother Ma (Chow Yun-fat) dies under a random gun, Song Zihao (Di long) and his brother Song Zijie (Zhang Guorong) resolve their differences, and the hero story continues. The police suspected that Song Zihao's mentor, long Si (Shi Tian), used the shipyard as a cover to secretly manipulate counterfeit banknote groups and sent Song Zijie to approach long Si's daughter Xiaohui to work undercover. Song Zihao had to be released on parole for the safety of his brother to assist the police in the investigation. In fact, long four did not know about the crimes committed by his men. He was framed by his crony Gao Yingpei and had to flee to New York. The murder of his daughter made him insane, and he gradually regained his sanity with the help and protection of his younger brother, Ah Jian (Chow Yun-fat). Out of morality, A Jian gave up the restaurant he had operated for many years and returned to Hong Kong with Longsi. On the Hong Kong side, the Song brothers finally won the trust of Gao Yingpei and mastered the criminal evidence of the counterfeit banknote syndicate. with Ah Jian and the Dragon Sihui, the four men planned a hot revenge and paid the price of blood and even lives.
