Afganskiy izlom (1991)

This film takes the Soviet Union sending troops to Afghanistan as the background of the story. The protagonist Bandura (starring Mike Parrance) is a major of the Soviet paratroopers, who is responsible for covering the withdrawal of the troops from Afghanistan. Due to the error of intelligence, they mistakenly entered the village and attacked the peaceful guerrilla leaders, causing conflicts between the two sides.
