The story takes place on a distant planet called Amoi, where everything is in the hands of a supercomputer called Jupiter. In order to cultivate better "children", Jupiter directly manipulates genes, so a group of blond "social elites" are created to become human managers, tough but ruthless. The living space has been taken away, and humans can only live like ants in the slums, competing for a few resources by force and gathering gangs, and Ritchie (voiced by Kentaro Ito) is one of them. By chance, Ricky met a man named Iyaso (voiced by Okawa).
