In a small town in Seto, the life of the people is quiet. Resident policeman Tomogawa (Okuda No.2) rides his bicycle all day long, shuttling through the winding and narrow alleys of the town, helping residents solve all kinds of problems and occasionally having an affair. One day, Yukawa became acquainted with a lovely girl, and he named her eyebrow. After a short period of happiness, Yukawa felt a sense of loss. Although he looked around for his eyebrows in the days that followed, he found nothing in the end. By chance, he met his eyebrows again, but she turned out to be a 15-year-old junior high school student. Deep love broke through the shackles of the world, Youchuan and Meizi fell into a lost love with no future. This film is the director's debut of actor Yoshiji Okuda, adapted from Sanyuhiko's short story of the same name, and won many international awards such as Best Actress at the 17th Paris Film Festival and Best Actress at the 7th Russian International Film Festival.
