The background is that in a bankrupt and dying city, a mysterious tech billionaire, because his friend was murdered, funded a private police force in a troubled police station to solve all kinds of chaos in the city. David Slack and Len Wiseman are also executive producers. Justin Kirk will play Gideon Reeves, a billionaire and genius in the show, who has irresistible charm while showing childish curiosity. After a good friend was murdered, he decided to make a big change to the original police system. In the play, he developed a new application-APB for the police department, and provided all kinds of high-tech gadgets to police officers. Natalie Martinez plays Detective Theresa Murphy, who is mocking, confident, comes from a police family and is never afraid to question authority, so she has been rejected by police bosses and abandoned to the chaotic 13 police officers.
