The second World War was coming to an end, and the worst of the war came at the same time. The German Nazis were losing ground, and the allies decided to open up a second battlefield in Europe, while Normandy in northern France became the focal point for the beginning of the new game. On June 6, 1944, the 506th regiment E Company of the 101st Airborne Division of the United States was ordered to parachute this gunfire-intensive beach. Company E is composed of a group of warm-blooded, patriotic and progressive young people, and the rigorous training has made them the elite and backbone of the US military. Under the command of Lieutenant Winster (Damien Lewis Damian Lewis), the soldiers overcame various disadvantages and excellently completed the landing battle. After that, the highly intensive battle began, whether it was the town of Carenton in France or Eindhoven in the Netherlands, whether it was Bastogne in Belgium or the town of Hagner in Germany, all left behind the figures and blood of the brothers of E Company.
