Baronesa (2017)

Red and Andrea, who live in the slums of Brazil, are neighbors and close sisters. The hail of bullets in the drug war and the harsh natural environment make their simple life and aspirations seem out of reach. The director and the shooting team of the all-female class spent five years squatting, recording the constant tension in the slums from a female perspective, and not forgetting to let the sensibility pass through them through artistic means, in order to capture the flash of luck in life, but it is more sad to face the attack of brutal reality.
