Batman and Robin suddenly received a message that a big shot was in danger and they were about to launch a rescue operation. Unexpectedly, this is the cooperation of four super elements, namely, the clown, Catwoman, Penguin and Riddler, who intend to use the equipment to turn all mankind into dust and then rule the world! The lives of all mankind are at stake, and Batman and Robin decide to uphold justice, make an example of evil, and repel bad elements.
