Icarus (Paul Kalkbrenner), a brilliant electronic musician, has recently suffered a setback: the record company has no interest in his new work. Fortunately, he also has stages such as open-air music festivals and dance halls to make the audience crazy about themselves. Girlfriend and agent Mathilde (Rita Lengyel) tries to correct Ika's drug abuse habits, but the record's hopeless crackdown makes Ika more dependent on drugs, and eventually Ika has to be admitted to Professor Paul (Corinna Harfouch) 's hospital for treatment due to insanity caused by an overdose. Ika met a group of strange patients in the hospital, and her body gradually recovered with the help of Professor Paul. Unbearably lonely, Ika slipped out of the hospital and found that Mathilde had found a same-sex lover and became a third party instead. He was enraged by the indifference of the record company. Ika made a fuss about the company and returned to the hospital to continue writing. With his work born in the hospital, Ika sees the hope of publishing films again, and his broken life may take this as an opportunity to recover.
