Park Wanxiu (Gan Yucheng) even if driving on a road without a camera, the speed will never exceed 60. After his wife filed for divorce and his boss fired himself, he finally took a provocative pee in front of a "no urination" sign after a series of explosive acts. Park Wanxiu's first and only out-of-line behavior was caught by the police. A good citizen, Park Wanxiu, was sent to the police station to let the police arrest him, Liang Chih-kun (Jin Xiulu). Liang Cikun is the exact opposite of Park Wanxiu, who speaks loudly and likes to be vexatious. Liang Cikun can use prison as a refuge, and going in and out of the police station is even more common. A hurry to go home to deal with the problem with his wife, a hurry to go to prison to enjoy a free dinner, coupled with a large group of "fair and strict" police, a funny and slightly sad story began.
