Hacking incidents with serious consequences occurred in Hong Kong, China and Los Angeles at the same time, and the Chinese government and the Federal Bureau of investigation decided to join hands to find out the truth of the incident. After investigation, the hacker used a remote access tool in the course of the crime, and the program was written by a mysterious man named Nicholas (Chris Hemsworth Chris Hemsworth), who is now in prison as a web master. Chen Dawei (Wang Leehom) is the officer in charge of the case. He and his sister (Tang Wei) go to Los Angeles and find Nicholas with the help of special agent Carol (Viola Davis Viola Davis). A deal was struck between the two men and Nicholas, and if Nicholas could help them find out who was behind the hacking, Nicholas would be free again.
