Porter (voiced by John Crawford Tower) is by no means an ordinary dog. After being brought home by girl Penny (voiced by Miley Cyrus), Porter was transformed into a "Super Lightning Dog" by her father. It has strong bones, fast speed and boundless power. It's going to work with Penny to save the father who was kidnapped by the Green Eyed Man. Porter defeated countless powerful enemies by his strength. Of course, it's all on the big screen. In fact, Porter and Penny are just acting in a play together. Porter doesn't have any superpowers, but he firmly believes that his power is real. After a shoot, Porter, who confuses reality with drama, rushes out of the cage to save Penny on the street, and he can't predict that he will face a real and dangerous world without superpowers.
