Lang (Tom Cruise Tom) has been a competitive boy since childhood, yearning for a man's life. Young Lang was completely conquered by President Napan's incendiary Vietnam War speech, and a challenge and impulse to sacrifice for his country grew in Lang's heart. The defeat of a wrestling match made him, who has always been strong, resolutely bid farewell to his lover Donna and college life, and embarked on the road to join the army.
