Bill (Manu Rios) is a resident at a public hospital where he has been working for several months. Hundreds of shifts, thousands of hours, and little time to live your own life. But it was his profession, and he was willing to do anything to become the best doctor he could be. What he didn't expect was that the hospital would break out and would not provide minimum services. Employees are forced to take the measure in an effort to raise public awareness of the important work hospitals do and protest against the cuts in government spending that the public health system is suffering. But Bill and other residents were unsure whether to join the strike, which could have fatal consequences for patients. From this conflict, we will learn about the daily lives of each of them: who are the young people who are desperate to take on too much responsibility in hospitals, and who are the adults who are willing to lose everything for their beliefs?
