However, there are also people who meet dragons face to face in unknown places. The only people who can see the existence of dragons are those who live on the "back" of London (Front London) on the surface of London (Reverse London). Among them, the chosen ones become Witch / Wizard and are qualified for direct contact with dragons. The protagonist is the protection officer of the natural dragon conservation management agency "Wing Bind" (commonly known as WB), the pair of witches Noelle and Nini Spencer of the new bridge. Their mission is to protect and manage dragons that inhabit London in place of people who do not have access to dragons.
