Kelly (Hillary Duff Hilary Duff) said she could not accept the news that she was about to enter a military academy, but she could not bear to see her mother in a dilemma. Under compromise, Kelly, a female soldier, was born. The strict discipline and unfree life in the military academy makes Kelly, a lively girl from the art school, very unaccustomed, and the monitor Jennifer (Christie Carson Romano Christy Carlson Romano) is full of difficulties. By chance, Kelly watched the training course of the school etiquette team. Kelly was fascinated by her uniform pace and valiant demeanor, and she wanted to be a part of it. After joining the etiquette team, Kelly gradually got used to life in the army, and her relationship with Jennifer improved. Soon, the etiquette team competition came.
