The story takes place in an ancient manor in Maine, inhabited by fat people (voiced by Billy West Billy West), thin people (voiced by John DiMaggio John DiMaggio), Stritch and the lovely Casper (voiced by Devon Walker Heather Devon Werkheiser), all ancient ghosts wandering in the manor. Carrigan is the owner of the manor, and he hates these naughty ghosts who often get him into trouble, so Carrigan called in Dr. Harvey, a ghost expert, hoping to catch him and wipe out these nuisances. Dr. Harvey brought his daughter Kate. To everyone's surprise, Kate and Casper became good friends. Dr. Harvey found a machine that could bring people back to life, and the greedy Carrigan even turned himself into a ghost in order to get the treasure.
