In 117 AD, the Roman Empire continued to expand. But in northern Britain, expansion was blocked by the local barbarians, the Picts. Centurion Quintus (Michael Fassbender Michael Fassbender) is appointed to lead the Ninth Legion, the ever-victorious Roman legion, to wipe out the Picts because he survived the Pickett attack. But the Ninth Legion was ambushed by the Picts, and the Legion Commander General Velius (Dominic West Dominic West) was captured. Quintus fought the enemy to the death and escaped with some of his men. They not only had to face the pursuit of the Picts, but also hoped to save the general. They do not know that the whole family was killed by the Romans, and Aitain, who had his tongue cut out (Olga Corilanco Olga Kurylenko), is full of anger to hunt them. A dangerous anti-Japanese war fleeing the Roman border is under way.
