Chelovek-Amfibiya (1962)

Salivatol, a famous doctor, transplanted the gills of a small shark into an Indian boy, making him an amphibian who could live both on land and under water. Later, Zolida, the owner of the jellyfish, captured the amphibian, made him his own slave, and forced him to go to the bottom of the sea to collect pearls. The amphibian was called the "sea devil".
