China's Megatomb Revealed (2016)

In 1974, a farmer in central China made an unprecedented discovery less than a mile from Qin Shihuang's graveyard: more than 8000 terracotta warriors buried underground. In the 40 years since its discovery, archaeologists and scholars have continued to study this amazing relic and unearthed many remains, but have not been able to really solve the mystery. This time, National Geographic Channel and BBC teamed up to record the new excavation process of mausoleum archaeologists, which not only provided new insights for Qin Shihuang's archaeological discoveries, but also rewrote the history of communication between China and the Western world.
