The story takes place in a small town called Garrison, because most of the people living in the town are police, so people affectionately call it a "police town". In an accident, police officer Babic (Michael Rapaport Michael Rapaport) mistakenly thought that two young men wanted to shoot him, out of police instinct, he pre-emptively shot two people dead. Afterwards, Babic discovered that what the two young men were holding was not a gun at all, but a steering wheel lock. Babic's fault became a local scandal, and in order to cover up the scandal, police colleagues made "suggestions" one after another. finally, through the black-box operation of their colleagues, two young men had an extra gun in their car. Babic also became a hero who disappeared to maintain peace in the town. However, the paper could not contain the fire after all, and the secret of Babic and the police town was accidentally discovered by a young sheriff named Freddy (Sylvester Stallone Sylvester Stallone).
