Das letzte Abteil (2016)

The story takes place in 1986. Unfortunately, a bus shuttling through the Alps was hit by an avalanche, and the last car derailed and overturned. The heroine Greta had planned to take the bus to see her mother, who had been in a coma for years, but woke up to find herself trapped under a thick layer of snow with five other passengers. As they waited for rescue and struggled to survive, Greta began to realize that she was in danger of falling into a coma. She felt as if she was in a hospital bed, no matter how much she shouted. As time went by, she became more and more unable to distinguish between reality and imagination.
