Deadline (2009)

Alice Evans (Brittany Murphy Brittany Murphy), a 32-year-old thin woman, is a well-known screenwriter. Due to the dispute with her boyfriend at that time, Alice is easily nervous and unable to concentrate on her work. Seeing the deadline approaching and hearing that her boyfriend had been released from prison, she went to a remote village and isolated herself in an uninhabited villa, hoping to finish her work calmly. However, contrary to one's wishes, the empty villa made Alice's heart more nervous. Strange dreams, automatic doors, seeping cries and a string of mysterious footprints all seem to indicate the existence of an unknown life form. Alice began to consciously explore the secrets of the house. She found a videotape left by her former owner, David, and before she knew it, she integrated into the world of Mr. and Mrs. David. It is impossible to tell whether it is true or false, and it is also true and illusory.
