Deadline (1980)

This is a very pure cult film produced in Canada, which can be seen as the Wenqing version of "the Devil Eddard Evil Ed (1995)"! (the theme of this film is very similar to that of Eddard Evil Ed (1995), except that the protagonist is changed from a horror film editor to a horror writer, and the film style is more literary and artistic.) the film is different from ordinary dismembered horror films in terms of plot, but some of its scenes are more bloody than ordinary mutilated horror films. The film is roughly about: a horror writer who makes a living by selling morbidity is writing a screenplay, but in the process his family begins to fall apart. to make matters worse, he began to be unable to control the line between the real and the unreal!
