Franklin (Samuel Jackson Samuel L. Jackson), the owner of the biochemical pharmaceutical factory, provides a lot of money for Dr. Susan McAlester (Saffron Bross Saffron Burrows) to research anti-Alzheimer's drugs. Susan and his team extracted proteins from shark brains and injected them into dead human brain cells at a well-equipped undersea research center. In order to extract more shark brain proteins, Susan also increased the brain capacity of sharks. This move made the sharks who were supposed to be the test subjects stronger and smarter. Shark expert Carter (Thomas Jane Thomas Jane) discovers that sharks are different when they get along with sharks day and night, and warns Susan, but is ignored by Susan. Finally, in the last test, the ferocious sharks who had been reduced to human experiments took revenge on humans.
