In 1893, Thomas (Peter McNickle Peter MacNicol), an English lawyer, went to Transylvania and met count Dracula (Leslie Nelson Leslie Nielsen) in the panic of local residents, and bought an English monastery for his agent. Dracula bewitched Thomas the next day and made him a loyal servant. When the master and servant came to London, England, Dracula met Dr. Sward, the administrator of the mental hospital near the monastery. Lucy Dracula, a beautiful friend of Dr. Seward's daughter, wanted to suck blood. At the same time, Thomas lost his freedom in the mental hospital because he swallowed insects. Dracula succeeds in sucking Lucy's blood, who falls into a coma, and the anxious Dr. Sward invites medical professor Van Helsing (Mel Brooks Mel Brooks) to help to know the truth of the vampire attack. Van Helsing led the crowd to launch a seesaw-style blood-sucking attack and defense battle with Dracula and his servants.
