Eden (2014)

The film documents the French electronic dance craze in the 1990s. Electronic dance music used to be the rock, jazz and punk of that era. No matter what you think of electronic dance music, it reminds us of creative genius or amazing fame, but it can also be a night of loss of life and abandonment. It is difficult for movies to capture the temperament of electronic dance music, but screenwriter and director Mia Hansen-L ø ve has found an ideal way to integrate electronic dance music with movies. The protagonist of the film, Paul, comes into contact with the underground dance music of Paris. But slowly he began to like emotional soul music, he and his friends formed a DJ group-Cheers, his other two friends also formed a group, and chose a strange name-Daft Punk. These years of musicians began to throw themselves into their favorite music life day and night, they passionately released their madness and love for music, and there were drugs and sex in their lives. Paul hooked up with an American girl played by Greta Gerwig. They look beautiful but may be very short-lived.
