The story takes place in the historic city of Spolero in Rome, where Claire (Jennifer Connery Jennifer Connelly) comes all the way from New York to study at the ballet school here. Here, Claire meets a young man named Jason (Gary McCleery). They walk the street and come to the old house of the famous ballerina Natalie (Jennifer Connery Jennifer Connelly). As time went on, Claire began to feel as if some strange things were happening to her that could not be explained by science, all of which were inextricably linked to Natalie, who died in a car accident. Jason, who was also aware of this, decided to investigate the truth, and in the process, he found that Natalie's soul seemed to be eroding Claire's mind.
