Marauder troops led by King Terak and the Witch Charal attacked Ewok villages. Cindel's parents and brothers were all killed in the attack. Cindel escaped with Wicket, an Ewok. In a forest, they met Teek, a very naughty and agile beast. Teek brings the two of them to the residence of an old man, Noa. The Noa had a similar experience to Cindel-his interstellar cruiser crashed on Endor. We all work together against Terak and Charal.
