Director Peter Yates and screenwriter Steve Tessie came together to make a brilliant "breakthrough", only to work together to produce this failed film. The plot introduces a building guard in pursuit of his obsessed female TV reporter who falsely claims that he knows the inside story of a murder in the building and can help the female reporter get a scoop, but the two are involved in many crises. Although the film has the cooperation of famous actors such as William Hutt and Signey Weaver, the plot is chaotic and lack of brilliance, lack of thrilling suspense and limited appreciation. The film's criticism of television news can not be explained, only some of the clips are considerable.
