Fanney Khan (2018)
Prashant (Jani Kapoor) is a failed singer who works in a factory and calls himself Fannie Khan, who wants to make his talented but unappreciated daughter Rata (Pihu Sander) famous and become a diva star like Barbie Singh (Aishwarya Ray). Suddenly one day, the factory closed, the desperate Prasant became the elder brother, and Barbie Singh boarded his taxi by mistake. At this time, Prasant misses his life and calls his good friend Artie (Raj Kumar Rao) to kidnap Barbie Singh, all in order to realize her daughter and her dream. Tidbits: this film is a remake of the Belgian film Everybody's Famous,2000, which was nominated for Best Foreign language Film Oscar that year. This film is the first film starred by young actor Pihu Sand.
