Janico (Ingrid Bols ø Berdal) goes skiing with friends on Mount Yurzheim in south-central Norway, only to encounter a psychopathic killer and his friend is killed. Janico pushes the killer into the ice after a struggle, struggles to escape, and is finally rescued. At the local Otta hospital, she told the police about the tragedy. Police quickly launched a search, soon found the bodies of mass murderers and victims, and took the bodies back to Otta hospital for temporary preservation. However, the life of the homicidal maniac was so hard that he gradually woke up and immediately began a massacre, and the hospital suddenly became hell on earth. Janico, who escaped again, is determined to return to the snow-capped mountains and get rid of this horrible and ruthless devil.
