With the arrival of the new summer vacation, Heng (Hiroase Doo Shihui) and Mihui (Toyota Zhenwei) two siblings came to the uncle's home of Kawasaki in the seaside town for a holiday. On the first day of their arrival, they caught a rare typhoon. According to relatives and children, whenever a typhoon makes landfall, the dead in the sea will come ashore. It may seem like an unfounded legend, but from this day on, the children in the town have seen strange scenes one after another, such as the ghosts of children hiding in the water playing hide-and-seek and the death train bound for the sea.
