The story begins with a confession from Chiyo Sakura, a high school girl (voiced by Ozawa Ya Li). Her secret love is with a boy of her own grade-the 1.9-meter-tall, masculine Nozaki (voiced by Yuichi Nakamura). The result of the confession was his autograph. Just when Chiyo was distressed by the misunderstanding caused by his confession line "I am your fan", Nozaki directly invited Chiyo to go home. She was nervous and looking forward to it. Who knew there were a lot of manuscripts waiting for her. She became a cartoon assistant vaguely. Chiyo knew that his sweetheart Nozaki turned out to be a well-known girl cartoonist. Although the work is famous for depicting delicate teenage minds, Nozaki himself is unexpectedly neurotic and has no love experience at all. his cartoon characters come from friends around him, and these "archetypes" are full of adorable guys.
