After the end of the Cold War, the Bureau of Heavenly Control is in danger of being disbanded, but the largest secret service in the United States still has an important mission. However, recently, the headquarters of the Bureau of Space Control has suffered a sudden attack, resulting in the risk of agents being exposed. It also includes the strong and skillful Agent No. 23 (Dawn Johnson Dwayne Johnson).
