Gilda (1946)
Casino owner Barry (George McReddy George Macready) saves professional gambler Johnny (Glenn Ford Glenn Ford) from the gunpoint of the killer. in return for saving his life, Johnny comes to Barry's casino and becomes an employee of Barry. One day, Barry brings a beautiful woman named Gilda (Rita Hayworth Rita Hayw orth) and marries her, who is none other than the ex-girlfriend Johnny once mercilessly abandoned. When the old friend was reunited, Gilda's anger and sadness were awakened again. Barry told Johnny that he hoped he would take care of Gilda when he had an accident, and that day soon came when Barry's plane crashed. Johnny repossessed Gilda, who inherited all of Barry's fortune, but what Johnny didn't know was that it was all designed by Barry himself.
