God of Gamblers (1989)

Gao Jin (Chow Yun-fat) came to Hong Kong to duel with gambling demons, but as soon as he arrived in Hong Kong, he was chased by Brother Nan (Yang Zelin) and fell into a trap and lost his memory. Fortunately, Dao Tsai (Liu Dehua) and his girlfriend Jane (Wang Zuxian) save each other. They take Gao Jin home to recuperate and find that after Gao Jin is proficient in gambling, he is very excited and wants to use him to make a lot of money, but he loses money because Gao Jin is unstable. Gao Jin's wife was humiliated and killed by his cousin Gao Yi after being drunk. Gao Yijin joined hands with Brother Nan, designed to murder Gao Jin, searched everywhere for the hiding place, and went after him. When he was on the run, Gao Jin was injured and recovered his memory-but he couldn't remember what happened during the amnesia period. Dao Tsai reminds Jin that Gao Yi is not a good man, but he is resolutely in the dark and unaware of the danger.
