In the 1990s, Naoki Hanzawa, a college graduate with a tragic past, joined the Industrial Central Bank as he wished, and worked hard with Naobi Kondo (Kenichi Sato) and Shinagi Watanagawa (Hiroshi Kawagawa) towards their goals. Seemingly glamorous bankers experienced unimaginable torments before and after the bubble recession. In the 21st century, when the Industrial Central Bank and the first Bank of Tokyo merged into the Central Bank of Tokyo, Hanzawa served as the finance director of the Osaka Nisi branch, firmly believing that human nature was good and that he adhered to universal morality while performing his duties as a banker. The loan fraud of up to 500 million yen pushed Hanzawa to the edge of the cliff of his career, and also prompted him to make a complete break with the branch governor and even the senior management of the industry, who only focused on self-preservation, trend, profit and righteousness, just like a mantis fighting against the current. Can Hanzawa change the status quo of indifference and corruption on his own? This film is based on Ikei's original book, "the Group of experts" and "the Group of Flowers" written by Ikei.
