Jimmy Morgan (Jim Sturgess Jim Sturgess) is a young man with a heart-shaped birthmark on his left cheek. He lives in the chaotic and decadent East end of London, robbing, stealing, gang fighting, and never having a moment of peace. Jimmy is keen to take ugly, evil pictures, as if he had got used to this hopeless world. For him, however, the humblest peace is out of reach. The accidental death of his mother and friend AJ (Noel Clarke) is a big blow to Jimmy. From then on, as soon as he closes his eyes, he will see the figure of a stranger. He signed a deal with the devil-like man, who helped Jimmy remove the birthmark from his face, and Jimmy was egged on by the devil to release the fury and cruelty at the bottom of his heart. The film won the Best Actor (Jim Sturgess), Best Director and Best Picture Award at the 2010 Portuguese Fantasy Film Festival.
