Fang Guohui (Liu Dehua), head of the mobile team of the Bureau of investigation, was capable and jealous of evil. When he and his staff monitored the video game house run by Zhou Chaoxian (Liang Jiahui), they got the evidence of his operation of the underground casino and took it to court.
