The film is adapted from the cartoon of the same name by the cartoonist Kyoko Okazaki and directed by Japanese photographer Shizuka Ninagawa. It became the number one film searched by YAHOO in Japan in 2012, and won the Best Film Award of GRP Award 2012 in Japan! The fat and ugly Lilizi (Ze Jie Ying long Hua) originally worked in a nightclub for people with "fat girls" to have fun. After undergoing a very high-risk full-body plastic surgery, Lilizi, with her artificial angel face and devil figure, quickly became one of the top fashion magazines and the royal model of international famous brands, realizing her long-standing dream. While Lilizi was enjoying the colorful beauty, unwittingly, the sequelae of plastic surgery began to affect her carefully carved and broken body. And her life and career also suffered setbacks to varying degrees. The originally agreed marriage partner broke the marriage contract and went out with other women; the new model with more attractive appearance was eager to catch up covetously, always coveting Lilizi's fashion queen throne.
