Hotel Hibiscus, which is located in Okinawa, although it is called a hotel, is an old residential accommodation with only one room. Mieko, a mistress, and her family live in it. Mieko is lively and active and goes on adventures with friends every day. One day, when Mieko was coming home from school, she met a young man who fell to the ground and took him back to Hotel Hibiscus. Director Yuji Nakawa follows the new film "Nabbie's Love" four years later, "Hotel Hibiscus" continues to take Okinawa as the stage. The film is adapted from Nakasone Miiko's cartoon of the same name and depicts the adventures and growth of Mieko, a mistress. Hashiko, who plays Mieko, was selected from 3, 000 primary school students in Okinawa, co-starring Pingliang Tomi, Okinawan folk singer Masaomio and Yuguimiko.
