House of Cards (2013 - 2018)
After several rounds of fierce competition, the new US president Garrett Walker (Mike Gill Michael Gill) is born, thanks to Francis Underwood (Kevin Spacey Kevin Spacey), the House majority whip who calls himself a plumber. But Francis, the arrogant politician who failed to become secretary of state, was so exasperated that he vowed to remove Walker, who had betrayed him. Using the comprehensive education reform law proposed by the new president, Francis manipulates the Washington Herald reporter Zoe Barnes (Kate Mara Kate Mara) to make a fuss. After the victory in the first battle, he immediately assigned his men to launch a new encirclement and suppression campaign against the new government, and at the same time defused cleverly to avoid the open guns and hidden arrows from political opponents. Like a serpent from the Garden of Eden, he clings to everyone's weaknesses in order to achieve his purpose.
