I soliti ignoti (1958)

This is a funny version of Rififi. Two thieves led a group of gangsters on a grand theft plan. They planned to dig a tunnel from an apartment and into a nearby store, but the tunnel was dug into another room of the apartment, which was just a small mistake. Anyway, these stupid thieves have made all the mistakes they should have made, and the safe they want to steal seems to be readily available, but they just can't get it. The film has a first-class performance, and everyone has a chance to shine. A sequel was released in 1987. To some extent, the film created the comedy type of "stupid thieves flying". Such films in many countries have been influenced by this film, and two official remake versions have been released in the United States.
