A group of old friends will begin a new journey. While Manny the mammoth is immersed in the joy of being a father, Diego, the saber-toothed tiger, is saddened by his gradual aging, while Sid finds three dinosaur eggs and wants to be the mother of the three little Tyrannosaurus rex, only to be captured by the true mother of the little dinosaur. In order to find companions, a group of lovely animal friends walked into the "Jurassic Park" hidden under the Ice Age. The film, the first large-scale animated film released in 3D by 20th Century Fox in the 20th century, cost $120 million to produce, almost twice as much as Ice Age 1.
