When the new inspector Raymont and his assistant Amy were ordered to investigate a corruption case within the police station, they discovered another more secret criminal network involving the prestigious police officer Peck. Peck was actually a very insidious man, pretending to be friendly with Raymont and sowing discord between the couple. The investigation found that Peck has many women, and all the policemen who associate closely with him are very rich. Stretch, suspected of corruption, called his wife, Penny, to make a deal with Raymont, while Penny was in love with Peck, who sent someone to assassinate him. In fact, Peck had been acting as a hired killer, and just as he went to accept another trade, Raymont and Amy rushed to the scene, but failed to catch him. Then he killed his employer and went to Raymont's house to intimidate his wife Catherine. Raymont came in time, and the two started another fight.
