Joe (Tom Hanks Tom Hanks) has always been a diligent and qualified employee. Unfortunately, good luck is not favored by Joe for his due diligence. On the contrary, the doctor told Joe that he has an incurable illness and has only a few months to live. Discouraged, Joe decided to confess his love to his female colleague who had been secretly in love with her, but she was turned down. Just then, a mysterious rich businessman appeared in front of Joe. The rich businessman told Joe that if Joe was willing to jump into an island volcano on a certain day, he would get a lot of money, and time was running out. Joe agreed to the deal. On the way to the island, Joe met Patricia, the daughter of a wealthy businessman (played by Meg Ryan Meg Ryan). The two had a sincere relationship in the twists and turns, and Patricia was even willing to jump into the crater with him in order to be with Joe.
